2. Proof Requirement

  • A clear unboxing video is mandatory — starting from the moment the package is opened.

  • Without proper video proof, returns will not be accepted.


3. Return Process

  2. Once your request is approved, you must ship the product back in its original packaging.

  3. Shipping cost for returns will be borne by the customer.


4. Refunds

  • Refunds are initiated after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Refund processing time: 7–10 business days.

  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout.


5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products without any damage or defect.

  • Items returned without valid proof of damage.

  • Items beyond the 7-day return window.

  • Used, worn, or tampered products.
