1. Accepted Payment Methods

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Pay in cash at the time of delivery.

  • COD is available for selected pin codes and eligible order values.

  • Please ensure someone is present at the delivery address with the exact amount, as delivery personnel may not carry change.

  • Repeated refusal of COD orders without valid reason may lead to restrictions on future COD purchases.


Online Payments via Razorpay

We partner with Razorpay, India’s leading secure payment gateway. You can complete your purchase using:

  • Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Maestro

  • Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express

  • Net Banking: All major banks

  • UPI: Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, etc.

  • Wallets: Paytm, Mobikwik, Freecharge, etc.

All online payments are safe, fast, and fully encrypted.


2. Payment Security

  • All transactions processed through Razorpay are protected with secure SSL encryption.

  • Prera Jewels does not store your card, UPI, or wallet information on our servers.

  • Sensitive payment information is handled exclusively by Razorpay.


3. Payment Confirmation

  • COD Orders: You will receive an SMS/email confirmation once your order is placed.

  • Online Payments:

    • Razorpay sends a payment confirmation.

    • Prera Jewels sends an order confirmation email immediately after successful payment.


4. Failed Transactions

  • If a transaction fails but the amount is deducted, your bank/payment provider typically refunds it within 5–7 working days.

  • If the refund is delayed, contact us at support@prerajewels.com with:

    • Transaction ID

    • Payment screenshot

    • Order details
      We will help you coordinate with Razorpay for quick resolution.
